VT Group plc acquire RAC Software Solutions

RAC Software Solutions has been acquired by VT Group plc within its VT Defence division as part of the acquisition of Lex Vehicle Solutions, comprising RAC Software Solutions, Lex Defence, Lex Transfleet Airside Solutions and Lex Transfleet Emergency Services.

VT Group is a leading supplier of support services to governments and government agencies worldwide, including logistics support, facilities management and training solutions.  It has a strong presence in the defence, airside and emergency services sectors and its acquisition of Lex Vehicle Solutions supports its strategy of broadening the range of services it offers its customers and strengthening its relationships with them.
