New Customer Service Manager appointed

Kevin Holley joins RAC Software Solutions as Customer Service Manager, responsible for improving the delivery of support services for the Tranman fleet software and Servitor housing repair software.

Kevin’s first strategy is to combine the current separate product service units to create one customer service team. 

Kevin explains, ‘By combining the considerable expertise and experience of our technical and product support teams we can work more closely together to develop new approaches and solutions for our customers.  We can then be even more flexible when creating tailored fleet or asset management software packages to meet their specific needs.”

‘We also plan to review the customer experience from start to finish’, Kevin adds.  ‘By focussing on customer care, my role will be to ensure RAC Software continues to provide a first class service.’

 

Kevin brings with him a wealth of experience in customer service solutions having previously been Head of Customer Support for Isotrak and Technical Support Manager for Psion Computers.
