Commercial Vehicle show update
Visitors to the RAC Software Solutions stand 3420 at this year’s Commercial Vehicle show at NEC Birmingham, 25 to 27 April, will be able to see the latest technology and improvements to the software. These include a sneak preview of the new look to Tranman, Destiny Wireless digital pen and TotalCare, a unique combined offering from RAC Software and RAC Risk Management.
RAC Software will unveil its re-vamped Tranman, allowing visitors hands on experience of the new look and feel to its award winning fleet management software. The updated Tranman includes intuitive use technology, speedy data browsing, easy navigation and mobile integration to provide a faster, more flexible and time-saving system.
Demonstrated for the first time is the Destiny Wireless digital pen, which has been integrated into Tranman. A useful tool for mobile engineers and in workshop and stores environments, the Destiny digital pen with its tiny in-built camera enables hand-written notes and forms to be transferred as graphical images and fully loadable data files in less than 10 seconds.
With the new Corporate Manslaughter Bill coming into force within the next year, RAC Software has joined forces with RAC Risk Management to develop TotalCare, a software-driven system that will guarantee full compliance with Duty of Care for drivers. Covering every element relating to the safety of the vehicle and to the driver, TotalCare is aimed at making life easier for all Fleet Managers.
